This new release builds on the initial launch of our SaaS platform earlier this year as we continue our mission to support and enable powerful hybrid infrastructure automation to everyone. With this new release, network and cloud teams have full access to try our platform for free. This is a huge milestone as teams can now access and experience the full power of the Itential Automation Platform immediately. Without having to take the time-consuming steps to download and install software and manage private, on-premises instances, teams can now start automating in minutes.
Anyone can now register for an Itential account and start their automation journey using the Itential Automation Platform, with no setup required, to:
- Manage Physical, Virtual, and Cloud Devices
- Create a Golden Configuration
- Run a Compliance Report
- Manage OS Upgrades
- Integrate with IT Systems
- Build Automated Workflows
In addition to the features above included in the Itential Automation Platform, users have full and unfettered access to starting learning about the platform and network automation best practices with Itential’s free academy courses as well as have the ability to invite their team members to collaborate on network automation within the platform.
What’s Included in Itential’s Cloud Platform?
Included in our cloud offering is full access to your own private, hosted instance of the Itential Automation Platform allowing you to instantly start using:
- Automation Studio – A unique low-code environment for the rapid creation of end-to-end network automations across multi-vendor and hybrid and multi-cloud infrastructure.
- Configuration Manager – To easily build and manage Golden Configurations across your entire organization.
- Pre-Built Collections – includes Pre-Built Integrations to over 100+ IT and network systems, Pre-Built Transformations to manipulate and transform data between systems, and Pre-Built Automations for every use case.
In addition to these core features, we recognize it can be challenging to fully evaluate a network automation platform without having access to device configurations. Included with our cloud offering is access to Itential’s Automation Gateway, which can be downloaded and installed in your own infrastructure, effectively providing access between your Itential cloud instance and your network devices. For users that would prefer to not directly connect to their network, our cloud platform provides an adapter that can be enabled with access to emulated devices, allowing you to experience the full power of the platform with sample network devices.
Additionally, when setting up your organization’s account, you can invite your team members to join and experience the platform both individually and collectively. By combining this with access to training modules and guided walkthroughs, doors begin to open that allow you to explore your creative thoughts around how you can best take advantage of network automation in your organization.

Prior to Pureport, Sprygada was a Distinguished Engineer for Red Hat, where he played the role of Chief Architect for the Ansible Automation Platform. Sprygada also held senior technical and leadership positions at Arista and Cisco, as well as several networking startups.
