Immersive Co-Op Program

When we talk about a culture of learning, there is a real meaning behind the buzzwords. That culture starts here, with our Co-Op program. Unlike many intern programs that are structured in ways that have students making coffee and simply observing, our Co-Ops take an active role in the company from day one. In fact, many of our current employees began their Itential careers as Co-Ops, before moving into their full-time roles.

Companywide Strategic Planning at Committee Week

Glass ceilings, red tape, and closed doors are not only discouraged at Itential — they are not tolerated. Every team member is given the same opportunity to contribute at whatever level they see fit, toward the company’s overall strategic direction. This is illustrated best by our Committee Week, a weeklong company brainstorming event that fosters innovation, cross-team collaboration, connection, and results in an enhanced company strategy, with everyone aligned towards the same goals.

Three times a year, the entire company dedicates their time to come together to tackle specific companywide initiatives and solve some hairy challenges that may or may not fall in their normal scope of work. The ideas generated during these events, whether they come from interns or executives, turn into commitments, and are used to drive the business strategy.

Across our team of Itentialites, there are a lot of passionate voices that support different volunteer and community initiatives. At Itential, we support our employees’ passions and offer many opportunities throughout the year for both in person and remote employees to participate in programs, driven by our very own Itentialites.
